I have the ability to set you up to receive emails alerting you of new listings in the area with criteria that you and I have discussed such as number of bedrooms, one story living, price range, etc. These emails educate you on properties that suit your needs, and their prices. That way you will know a good value when you see one and can act accordingly. My clients have found this an incredibly useful tool.
